## 4. CREDIT RULES

- **Roll over:** unused credits carry forward to the next cycle as long as the subscription keeps renewing.
- **Lapse = credits lost:** if the subscription ends through cancellation or non-payment, remaining plan credits are forfeited.
- **Top-ups:** buy extra credits any time at a flat **₹1 per credit**, starting at ₹500, with no upper limit and no plan change. Top-ups are one-time purchases that work alongside any subscription and are added to your wallet instantly.
- **Changes:** upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
- **Tax:** 18% GST is added to every charge; a GST invoice is issued on each renewal.
